Industrial Laundry
Miller-Remick delivered a fast-track design/build project that renovated and expanded a 68,000 square foot industrial laundry facility. The project included structural modifications, concrete floor reconstruction, new loading dock, offices, employee facilities, exterior resurfacing, new process equipment, main power upgrade, lighting upgrade, steam and natural gas piping, HVAC, and fire protection. Facility operations were maintained throughout the entire project.

Jet Engine Seal Plant
Miller-Remick designed and constructed a 40,000 sq. ft. Jet Engine Seal testing and manufacturing plant. Our team of engineers and construction professionals provided all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and construction services. This facility included a sound proof testing lab, foundations and utilities for heavy industrial machining equipment, and three overhead monorail cranes. The project was complete ahead of schedule which allowed the Owner to meet their manufacturing deadlines.

Bottling Facility
Miller-Remick delivered a fast track design/build 40,000 sq. ft. high speed bottling and packaging facility. The project consisted of evaluating and converting an existing warehouse into a new manufacturing plant and relocating existing equipment from Middleboro, MA to Bordentown, NJ. Our scope included all permitting, engineering and construction services to evaluate, redesign, demolish, dismantle, renovate and reconstruct two facilities.

Office and Warehouse Facility
Miller-Remick's team provided a design/build of an office and warehouse facility at the CITGO Asphalt Refinery. The building was constructed on a river bed which required the structural foundation to include 80 ft. steel pilings, 20 tons of rebar, and 2,000 yards of concrete. The project was completed on schedule and under a tight budget.

Powerhouse
Miller-Remick provided professional engineering and construction services for the emergency replacement of an 800 HP boiler system. The existing powerhouse infrastructure was modified to allow the full replacement, testing and start-up to be completed in record time. This fast track effort resulted in the avoidance of a catastrophic steam system failure.
