Bottling Facility
Miller-Remick delivered a fast track design/build 40,000 sq. ft. high speed bottling and packaging facility. The project consisted of evaluating and converting an existing warehouse into a new manufacturing plant and relocating existing equipment from Middleboro, MA to Bordentown, NJ. Our scope included all permitting, engineering and construction services to evaluate, redesign, demolish, dismantle, renovate and reconstruct two facilities.

Pilot Plant and Research Lab
Miller-Remick designed a precious metals refining pilot laboratory and research facility. Our scope included the structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering and design to construct the new facility. The HVAC system required the use of VAV devices, acid resistant duct work, explosion proof design, a comprehensive supply and exhaust air flow monitoring and control system, and an energy management system.

Marine Laboratory
When ocean water quality and supply problems surfaced within the NOAA Marine Laboratory, Miller-Remick's process experts were retained to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the pretreatment and distribution systems to determine the root causes and develop system-wide designs for improvement. We developed a hydraulic computer model of the entire ocean water supply and distribution system, performed pipeline flow measurements, researched clarification techniques for water quality enhancement and dissolved metals removal, and developed comprehensive recommendations for system upgrades.

Public Health Laboratory
Miller-Remick has provided engineering and construction management services for numerous laboratory systems projects in the New Jersey Health and Agriculture Laboratory complex. Our comprehensive services included HVAC, fire protection, laboratory water, central utilities, biological hazard exhaust, computer room cooling systems, structural analysis, roofing systems evaluation, plumbing, power distribution, telecommunications systems, and research labs retrofits.

Pharmaceutical
Miller-Remick has provided engineering and construction management services for numerous pharmaceuticals systems projects. We have designed clean room systems, HVAC, thermal oxidation, central utilities, hazard exhaust, electrical, structural analysis, plumbing, power distribution, and retrofits.
